These natural wood earrings are carved to represent the female symbol (also the symbol for Venus).
They are made by women of La Esperanza, meaning hope, an impoverished community on the outskirts of Guatemla City. By working together these women have developed a medical clinic, scholarship & tutoring program, daycare and school.
Crafted from recycled Granadilla wood and featuring sterling silver ear wires.
Measuring 1 3/4" long including ear wire, 5/8" wide, they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Handmade and fair trade.
